The Podcast

After podcasting across several platforms since 2021, the home base for Monet's voice is now The Monet Noctaris Podcast.

The Monet Noctaris Podcast

Feminine. Embodied. Sovereign.

The Monet Noctaris Podcast is a space for truth, self-return, sacred embodiment, and the strange, beautiful process of becoming more fully human.

Through personal storytelling, grounded reflection, humor, and a spiritually expansive perspective, Monet explores what it means to rebuild a life from the inside out after rupture, grief, awakening, heartbreak, disillusionment, and profound change.

The podcast speaks especially to women who are questioning the identities, relationships, belief systems, and definitions of success they once organized their lives around. It is for those moving through the often-messy process of disentangling from what no longer feels true, reconnecting with their own voice and desires, and creating a life rooted in greater sovereignty, coherence, and self-trust.

Episodes explore themes such as relationships and self-betrayal, spiritual disillusionment, nervous-system survival, motherhood, creativity, identity, grief, desire, embodiment, and the reclamation of a more honest and fully inhabited life.

This is not a podcast about transcending the human experience or performing an idealized version of healing. It is about meeting ourselves inside the complexity of real life—with curiosity, compassion, irreverence, and the courage to name what is true.

Here, the sacred is not separate from the human. It lives in the body, the voice, the nervous system, the relationship patterns, the grief that finally gets to move, the laughter that returns, and the parts of ourselves we are finally ready to reclaim.

Part memoir, part cultural and spiritual reflection, and part intimate conversation, The Monet Noctaris Podcast invites listeners into deeper resonance—not by escaping their humanity, but by returning to it more fully.

Come for the stories. Stay for the remembering.

Legacy Podcasts

The Monet Noctaris Podcast is the natural extension of a body of work that has been unfolding through audio since 2021.

Before this podcast, Monet hosted The Starseed Awakening Podcast and The Crystal Earth Podcast where she explored spiritual awakening, starseed identity, galactic consciousness, healing, purpose, and the deeper architecture of the planetary shift. Those conversations reached listeners around the world and became a source of recognition, guidance, and belonging for people navigating experiences they often did not have language for elsewhere.

That work has not been renounced or erased. It remains an important part of Monet’s creative and spiritual lineage.

What has changed is the center of gravity.

The questions have become more embodied. The storytelling has become more personal. The work has moved closer to the body, relationships, and the process of becoming a sovereign human as we navigate profound planetary change.

The galactic and mystical perspectives are still present, but they are no longer used to move away from the human experience. They are woven into a broader conversation about how we live, choose, love, create, and return to ourselves here.

Across every iteration of the work, the thread has remained the same: helping people understand their experience more deeply, trust what they know, and feel less alone inside the complexity of being human.

The reviews below reflect the lasting impact of those earlier podcasts and the community that grew around them.
